An engineering director asked who trains junior engineers when nobody is hiring them. The sharpest line in the post is a small one: being good at using AI does not automatically make you good at judging its output.
Judging is a different skill. It comes from the years you spent stuck on a bug until you understood it, and no tool hands you those years.
You do not get judgment by watching output go by. You get it by understanding something well enough that the wrong answer looks wrong.
